Fruit Cups
La Paletera has taken a simple cup of freshly sliced fruit and given it panache. One of our top sellers, our fruit cups are made from all-natural ingredients and come in a variety of made-to-order styles. Our signature fruit cups are served with La Paletera's special lime and chili powder seasonings. Or mixed fruit cups can be blended with your choice of cream, whipped cream, honey or yogurt. Fresh selections are nearly endless but always fresh - including watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber, coconut, grape, kiwi, apple, banana, strawberry, pineapple and cherry.
Fruit Bars (Paletas)
Long a popular and delicious treat in Mexico, La Paletera has now made these treats familiar to huge new markets on North America. These delicious frozen fruit bars are made from 100% natural ingredients, making them a healthy and tasty snack alternative. Corn Cups
One of La Paletera's newest additions! Our unique corn cups are small, freshly prepared from corn on the cob and blended with lime, salt, sour cream, chili, lemon pepper, cheese and mayonnaise for the ultimate taste.
Party Platters
Hosting a party or luncheon? La Paletera's party trays were developed as a result of unexpected customer demand. Prepared in small, medium, large and jumbo, our fabulous party trays can be called-to-order an hour ahead of time. La Paletera party trays feature cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, apple, cucumber, coconut, banana, cherries, grapes, strawberry, watermelon, oranges or your choice of sandwiches. The Company is actively developing additional ways to meet the demand of this growing take-out market.

Designer Ice Creams

La Paletera has developed one of the finest lines of superior ice creams available on the market today. Our super-premium ice cream is made fresh at our corporate plant and delivered daily to each La Paletera store. Our specialty ice cream is served in regular or grande cups and cones, in banana splits, and in sundaes and creamy milk shakes. We have an outstanding selection of ice cream flavors, including strawberry cheesecake, banana nut, vanilla, rocky road and cookies-n-cream - all the tastiest, finest ice cream you will ever have.
Fruity Freezes (Smoothies)
La Paletera uses only the freshest fruits to create 18 flavors of delicious freeze smoothies. Available in regular and grande, our Fruity Freezes come in a variety of blends and special flavors, such as piña colada, frozen margarita, strawberry daiquiri, cappuccino and chamoyadas.
Snow Cones
Our delicious snow cones are made with finely shaven ice and are available in small, medium or large portions. We offer 20 unique snow-cone flavors, including kiwi, rainbow, root beer, candy apple, margarita and blue bubble gum.
